Exchange Process
Kindly initiate a return (exchange) request by using our contact form. Please use "Exchange Order" as the subject and provide your details (Name, Address, City, Pincode, Contact No.) along with the reason for exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Important Timelines
- Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- The entire exchange process may take 7-14 working days.
Exchange Requirements
- Ensure the returned product has its original packaging intact, and all labels are present.
- Please note that customized products or sale items are ineligible for exchange or refund.
- Please be aware that only one-time exchange is available.
Shipping Charges
For exchanges, there is an additional charge of INR 199 as the shipping charges.
Customers have the option to arrange their own pickup, bearing the associated charges. Provide the tracking ID within 3 working days after the order's delivery.
Free Exchange: If you receive a different/damaged/defective product, no additional charges apply. We kindly request an unboxing video as proof.
Credit Note Policy
In case the required size is unavailable, we will issue a CREDIT NOTE that the customer can use for any of their future purchase from our website.
Important Notice
Regrettably, we do not offer returns/refund facilities. Only exchanges and credit notes are available as per the above policy.
